Sunday night calls for comfort food. My lady’s favorite is pizza so I added my flair. made some dough from scratch, lined the springform with it then added broccoli, red peppers, crimini mushrooms, pancetta, and a mixture of goat cheese and leftover homemade kalamata olive tapenade. I added an upper crust, then some homemade basil, oregano, reggiano pesto (skipped the nuts).
We each drank our favorite varietal. comforting.
